The Information Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests seeking information or assistance onboard. This role provides accurate guidance, directions, and support to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience while aboard the cruise ship. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner Provide information about onboard services, facilities, events, and schedules Answer inquiries regarding shore excursions, dining, entertainment, and ship policies Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and general requests Handle lost and found inquiries and report items to the appropriate department Maintain an organized, welcoming, and visually presentable information desk Collaborate with other guest services and hotel departments to resolve guest issues Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and emergency procedures Record guest interactions, feedback, and service requests accurately
