Job Description

The Shore Excursion Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of guest shore excursions at ports of call. This role ensures guests have a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience while participating in onshore activities and tours. Key Responsibilities Assist guests with shore excursion bookings, inquiries, and changes Provide accurate information about excursions, schedules, and local attractions Coordinate with local tour operators and vendors to ensure smooth operations Monitor guest attendance and participation during excursions Assist in resolving guest issues or concerns related to excursions Prepare and distribute excursion tickets, itineraries, and safety instructions Maintain records of bookings, attendance, and guest feedback Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies during excursions Support embarkation and disembarkation procedures at ports
