Job Description

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest cabins and public areas onboard the vessel. This role ensures high housekeeping standards are met consistently to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest cabins, bathrooms, and assigned public areas Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities Ensure cabins are prepared according to daily service schedules Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly Handle guest requests politely and efficiently Follow sanitation, hygiene, and environmental procedures Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly Participate in safety drills and comply with emergency procedures
