The Restaurant Steward supports restaurant operations by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and fully prepared for service. This role assists service staff, maintains hygiene standards, and contributes to a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare restaurant areas before service, including table setup and cleaning Clear and reset tables promptly during and after meal service Assist wait staff with service support tasks as required Ensure dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean and well maintained Replenish service items such as cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures Support compliance with company service and cleanliness standards Assist during special events, buffets, and high-volume services Participate in safety drills and adhere to onboard emergency procedures
