    Job Description

    The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest cabins in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. This role ensures high service standards, accuracy of orders, and guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures onboard. Key Responsibilities Deliver room service food and beverage orders promptly and accurately Set up trays and carts according to company presentation standards Verify orders before delivery to ensure completeness and quality Interact politely and professionally with guests at all times Collect used trays, dishes, and service items from guest cabins and corridors Maintain cleanliness of room service pantries, equipment, and service areas Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations strictly Coordinate with galley and service teams to ensure smooth operations Report guest feedback, special requests, or service issues to supervisors Participate in safety drills and comply with onboard emergency procedures
