The Guest Stewardship Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional onboard guest experience. This position focuses on guest care, satisfaction, and service recovery by coordinating hospitality services, addressing guest concerns, and supporting departmental teams to uphold the highest service standards throughout the voyage. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for guests regarding service quality and onboard experience Proactively engage with guests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and timely resolution of concerns Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services teams to address guest needs Handle guest feedback, service requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently Monitor service delivery standards and recommend improvements to management Support embarkation, disembarkation, and special guest arrangements (VIPs, groups, special needs) Assist in implementing guest satisfaction surveys and reporting trends Ensure compliance with company hospitality, safety, and service excellence standards Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions
